| Dear Teresa, We would like to sincerely thank you for everything you did for us in the closing of our second home. You were wonderful to work with in the closing of our first home, and in the second home you were amazing! Especially since this home is in Washington and you are in Colorado. Let me take a couple of steps back here. We had been working with a realtor here in Washington by the name of Barbara XXXXXX. Barbara had taken us around the area that we had asked to be shown and we found a home that we immediately loved. To make a very long story short, we got to the week of closing and we still did not know if we were closing. We contacted Barb two days before we were supposed to close looking for answers, and her only reply was "It's not in my hands anymore." We made the phone calls we thought would get us answers but to no avail. This is when we contacted you. We were getting desperate, as we had been relocating to Washington from Utah; had no place to live and the movers were on the way. Teresa, you did more for us in one day, long distance than Barb did for us in almost six weeks. As I stated earlier, you were amazing! You got answers for us. I know you weren't planning on spending most of your day on the phone to Wahsington, and I want to tell you again just how much we appreciated it. After our house finally closed we were discussing the "mess" that became of this entire process, and it really made us take a good look at how you treated us. When you helped us buy our home in Colorado you were so on top of everything. You kept us in the loop on what was happening at each step, and you were there to support us and answer our questions anytime we called you. When we sold the Colorado home to move to Utah you were once again, there to help us every step of the way, assuring us you would take care of things, and you did- you took care of everything. You make it fun to buy a home and you make it easy to sell a home. This experience also showed us how important a good realtor is. I teach my sales professionals that 85% of a customer's buying decision is based on them - the sales professional. I believe this also applies in real estate. Your are the best! We just have one request: PLEASE get your real estate license in every state we move to! We enjoy working with you immensely, and we have no problem recommending you to anyone.
